About

Good design is empathy in action.

I’m currently an Assistant Director with the Government of Alberta and a graduate student at the U of A. My academic and professional life sits at the intersection of human behaviour and creative strategy — I spend my days leading UX teams through complex design problems and my nights researching how we relate to the things around us.

I’ve led creative teams for over a decade, and my philosophy is simple: Good leaders are good for business. I take pride in my work, and I strive to instill the same passion for good, creative work in my employees — every project I am a part of is one I am proud to send to the client.

Whether I’m architecting a provincial website or working on textile art at home, I’m always looking to make my work feel human, intuitive, and beautiful.
